Russian citizens, privat person or firms, are on a par with croatian citizans in respect of
buying realestates in Croatia, but they are not allowed to buy agricultural country, nature
protected area or national forests. Accordingly the last alteration of law in 1. february of
2009 nobody needs an application for foraigners to the ministry of justice of the Republic of
Croatia. If you buy a realestate in Croatia you have to pay a tax of 5 % for every acquired
estate. The seller has
to pay 35% winnertax, if he owed this estate less then 3 years. After signing of agreement
you have to pay a deposit, regularly it averages 10% of purchase price. You can also sign and
authenticate the agreement of sell in another state. The best solution for this authentication
